Pastor Bo Llyod 

Bo has been an ordained elder for over 30 years. He is a second career minister. Of course, he would say that he is a hardheaded minister. Hardheaded because it took him so many years to listen to God’s call on his life. Bo worked as a salesman for Liberty National Life Insurance and Warehouse Equipment and Supply right out of college and finally listened to God’s call at the age of 30. He took a student appointment in Roanoke, Alabama while he attended Candler School of Theology at Emory University.

 

He has been serving churches across North Alabama since that time. Bo loves people and enjoys developing relationships and building connections with people across all areas of life. God has blessed him with so many opportunities to walk with people throughout life, in the good and bad times and to be able to share His love in those moments.

 

Bo has been married to Kris for 40 years and they have two grown children. He not only loves spending time with people, but he also loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting and fishing.
