Amanda Lipscomb
Worship Communications Coordinator

As Saint Mark's Media and Communications Coordinator, I am honored to serve a church that has become such an important part of my family's story and faith journey.

In 2019, I moved from New Jersey to Alabama to attend the University of Alabama. While there, I met my husband, Samuel Lipscomb, through mutual friends. Through Sam and his family—longtime members of Saint Mark, where he was raised—I began attending the church in late 2021. Although we attended on and off at first, we became more involved after getting engaged in 2022 and began attending regularly later that year.

As Sam and I grew together as husband and wife, we also grew in our faith. We were married in May 2024 and welcomed our daughter in July 2025. Throughout our journey, God has continued to draw us closer to Him each day. I am especially grateful for my husband's encouragement and example, which have played a significant role in helping me grow in my faith and understanding of God's love.

I joined the staff at Saint Mark in March 2026. In addition to serving as Media and Communications Coordinator, I enjoy attending both the traditional and contemporary worship services each Sunday and participating in The Bridge, our young adult Sunday School class.

I am thankful to be part of the Saint Mark family and look forward to continuing to serve alongside this wonderful church community.
